The photo library in our desktop app is finally done and is currently shipping 🚀
Let's jump to the best part: the photos from your phone are now available in the desktop app, and they show up as soon as the Jottacloud phone app has synced! That means you no longer have to manually transfer the photos you need from phone to computer, or follow a complicated video tutorial just to see your phone photos on a bigger screen. They're simply right there in the Jottacloud app!
The library does just what you'd think: a fast, clean way to browse everything you've already backed up to Jottacloud, without anything getting in the way. We kept it simple on purpose. Quick to open, easy to move through, and out of your way. If you need to download something, you can do it straight from the desktop app. No need to drop by the web interface.
We're rolling it out now, and it'll reach everyone over the next few days (so don't worry if it's not there immediately)!
We know this has been a long-standing request, so thanks for your patience and for letting us know how much it mattered.Once it's in your hands, we'd genuinely like to hear what works and what you'd want next. Feedback shapes where this goes, so let us know any thoughts you have!
Best, The Jottacloud Team 💜
